RAS International was founded in 2019 with a family-driven vision to build a modern, service-focused association and event management company grounded in strong operations, scalable systems, and thoughtful client support. Over the years, the firm has grown into a collaborative team with expertise spanning operations, technology, event production, digital marketing, and membership services, supported by trusted partners who enhance the depth and quality of our work. Today, RAS International delivers a state-of-the-art operating framework, high-impact conferences and trade shows, and strategic association management for clients across the country—all guided by a clear structure of founder-led operations, investor-supported growth, and a team committed to excellence.


Ryan MCLEAN

Founder & CEO

Ryan McLean leads RAS International with a focus on operational excellence, modern systems design, and scalable service delivery for associations and event clients nationwide. A graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Ryan established RAS in 2019 with the goal of building a company driven by efficiency, innovation, and long-term client partnerships. He oversees the firm’s operational strategy, technology development, financial structure, and internal processes, ensuring that RAS delivers high-quality, reliable support to every organization it serves. Ryan’s expertise in systems architecture and workflow optimization continues to shape RAS into a forward-thinking, industry-leading association management and event services company.

Sara eastwood

Director of Sales

In her business journey, Sara has sold and managed over $100,000,000 in "new" event sponsorship sales while working as a media publisher, trade show organizer and special event director. Sara also managed a national non-profit business association for 19 years. She has hosted fundraising events for charities including Make-A-Wish, Angel Flight, MADD, and St. Jude to name a few.  Sara has launched certification programs such as SafeCleanRide, she has created networking organizations to include the Sustainable Travel & Transportation Network and has a portfolio of over a dozen non-profit clients under full management.


Spencer Mclean

Events & MARKETING

Spencer graduated in May 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales certification. He grew up around events—practically under his mother Sara’s desk—so planning, timelines, and people-centric details have always been part of his world. Over the years, that exposure turned into a real passion, and it truly clicked when I served as my fraternity’s Social Chair, leading event planning and execution from start to finish. Today, I bring that same energy and discipline into my work as a Director of Events & Marketing, continuing to sharpen my craft and create experiences that are both well-run and memorable.


Samantha Gough

Operations & accounting services

Sam graduated in May 2025 with a Bachelor’s of Applied Humanities and Business Administration. She is especially interested in live event planning and management—the kind of work that brings people together and turns planning into real experiences. Her goal is to keep growing her skills in administration, marketing, and business strategy, developing into a versatile professional.



EDEN Redona

It & Automations

Eden Redona is a seasoned IT and automation specialist with extensive experience in coding, systems integration, and process optimization. Having grown up surrounded by technology, Eden has built numerous websites and is currently enrolled at the University of Japan, pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems and Software Engineering. Eden is dedicated to leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance business efficiency.
